Whichever directory(s) you wish to back up

Back Up Path: Where you want to store back up ..... like C:\myBackUp
If you wish, you can store the back up directly on your web server like this http\\:www.yoursite.com/backups/ Do not forget to create this directory and make it writable!!

Host Name: Your Database hostname == default 'localhost'
User Name: Database User Name
Password: Database Password
Database Name: Database Name .. the name of the database you want to take backup
SQL File Name: Sql file name... example 'mydb_backup'

Do not leave these files on your server as they are NOT SECURED - alternatively use htaccess to password protect the directory
